Transcript studies on TCF4-mutant muscle. Quantitative PCR studies on whole RNA-extracts converted to cDNA revealed a 42% reduction of TCF4 transcripts along with a reduction of C2 (-61%), C5 (-43%), CXCR5 (-17%) and NNMT (-40%).
